If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, just email us at email@example.com within 14 days from receiving the goods by specifying the codes of the returned items. You will receive an e-mail authorising the return and the relative instructions.
Instructions for returning your product
Each item must be returned with all the labels and any original packaging received with the order. The items must not show any signs of use or washing. Oshun reserves the right to reject unauthorised or non-compliant returns or returns shipped with a different courier other than the specified one. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the customer at the original shipping address.
How to ship your return
After preparing the package, all you have to do is contact the carrier by phone or via the website and book a pick-up by using the customer code given to you in the returns authorisation e-mail. When the goods are collected, the carrier’s staff will be responsible for providing and applying the necessary shipping labels to the package (note: the shipping costs for authorised returns are only paid by the company for returns within Italy)
Once our warehouse receives your return and checks that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At the same time, we will instruct the bank to make the refund. The amount (equal to sum of the returned items) will only be refunded through the payment method used for the purchase. It will take at least 10 days from the date of the refund for the amount to show on your bank statement.
Exclusion from the right to returns
In compliance with the provisions of article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code, as defined below, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for customised Products.
